Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Use BankOne to open, view, and manage accounts
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Process withdrawals, deposits, and basic transactions
- Assist with account opening and documentation
- Cross‑sell products including green‑finance options Maintain customer database and submit daily reports
Requirements:
- Minimum OND; BSc preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience in frontline banking or financial services
- Working knowledge of BankOne or similar core banking software
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Must be flexible, adaptable, and ready to grow with a new team
