Customer Care / Sales Representative -Onsite
This person will represent our voice online and offline, must be fast, friendly, and capable of converting enquiries to sales.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to all customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram
- Send payment details, confirm transfers, and document order information
- Follow up on deliveries and customer feedback
- Maintain excellent online customer relationships
- Assist in basic marketing and daily engagement
Required Skills:
- Good communication and writing skills
- Friendly but professional tone
- Fast response and attention to detail
- Basic marketing and sales sense (how to talk and convince people to buy)
Preferred Qualification:
- Minimum OND or equivalent
- Experience in online sales or customer service is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦70,000.00 per month
