We are seeking to hire a Creative/Content Strategist, who will spearhead our content strategy, drive creative direction for campaigns, oversee all user-generated content (UGC) efforts, and collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to ensure all content aligns with the broader marketing objectives.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging content ideas, campaign hooks, and strategic messaging based on audience insights and marketing funnel stages.
- Write compelling ad scripts, captions, and creative briefs that resonate with our target audience.
- Review and approve final creative assets before publishing across channels.
- Source, onboard, and manage UGC creators and collaborators.
- Run ads to test the creatives’ performance and gather data for optimization.
- Ensure quality and consistency across all creator content.
- Collaborate with the digital marketer to analyze creative performance, optimize messaging, and improve ROI.
- Develop course contents, video outlines, and visual slides as needed. Draft persuasive sales scripts for landing pages, video ads, and lead magnets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, Journalism, or any other related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative or Content Strategist, or in a similar role in a marketing-driven environment.
- Strong portfolio of ad copy, campaigns, or content strategies that show measurable results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional creative projects.
- Experience working with UGC, digital courses, or performance-based marketing is a strong advantage.
- Must be a creative thinker who can transform marketing objectives into compelling storytelling.
- Must be a natural leader with the ability to inspire, coordinate, and mentor a digital marketing team.
- Must be a data-informed marketer who understands how content impacts sales and engagement across funnel stages.
- Must be a researcher who digs deep to understand audiences, trends, and competitor positioning. Must be a motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
