About the Role
We’re hiring a strategic PR business strategist who knows how to find, pitch, and win new business. Your main job? Drive growth by spotting opportunities, crafting irresistible proposals, and converting leads into long-term clients.
Compensation
For this position, we aim to ensure that your expertise is recognized and rewarded with competitive incentives. You have the option of choosing to receive half of your monthly compensation, paid every two weeks on Fridays, or all at once at the end of each month.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new clients across key industries.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of business leads.
- Develop winning pitch decks and strategic proposals.
- Lead client presentations and onboarding sessions alongside the Lead Consultant.
- Collaborate with the team to turn briefs into strong creative PR plans.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in PR, Business Development, or agency pitching.
- A solid track record of bringing in clients for agencies.
- Strong communication, writing, strategy, and presentation skills.
- Good industry relationships (media, brands, or talent are a plus).
- Experience working in PR, creative, or comms agencies.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian brand, HNI, entertainment, or startup ecosystem.
- Existing client portfolio or strong networking edge.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in PR, communications, media, or marketing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Experience managing C-suite, HNI profiles, or luxury/high-impact brands.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and personalities under tight deadlines.
- Confident communicator with strong writing, pitching, and client-facing skills.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian and pan-African media and influencer space.
- Creative, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.
- Experience working with analytics and digital tools.
- PR Certification (E.g., NIPR, CIPR)
Work Hours:
Hybrid (Primarily Remote).
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
Availability: Virtual check-ins as required.
Flexibility: Additional hours during peak periods or special occasions that are strictly in line with your job role.
