Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Cooperative Administrator to drive revenue growth in our cooperative society and lead membership conversion and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine operational management skills with business development expertise to attract new members, strengthen existing relationships, and ensure smooth cooperative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive membership acquisition through targeted marketing strategies and outreach programs.
· Oversee day-to-day cooperative operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
· Supervise and motivate the marketing team to meet set targets.
· Maintain strong member relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.
· Ensure compliance with cooperative regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
· 1-3 years’ experience in cooperative management, business development, or financial services marketing.
· Viable network capacity to leverage on
· Proven ability to meet growth targets.
· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
· High level of integrity and professionalism.
