Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Internal and External policies.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation.
- Monitoring and Reporting.
- Stay up to date regulatory circulars.
- Advisory on regulatory matters.
- Investigation and Remediation.
- Compliance program development and Implementation.
- Respond to regulatory inquiries.
- Watchlist and restricted list management. Regulatory change monitoring.
Requirements:
- HND/BSC in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Internal Control preferably in the Microfinance sector.
- Basic understanding of regulatory requirements.
- High level of Integrity and confidentiality.
