Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Lagos with some work from home acceptable. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts with clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, scheduling and attending meetings, following up on leads, and closing sales. The role requires proactive engagement with clients and maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales skills, including generating leads, conducting presentations, and closing deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in the material handling or industrial equipment sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as required
