Job Overview Minimum Qualification: A degree in Business or any related course
Experience Level: Intermediary level
Experience Length: 3 years (post nysc service year) Job Responsibilities

• Following up on client leads, managing client portfolios and fully onboarding new clients.
• Manage day to day client service requests with a focus on consistent delivery of excellent client experience.
• Develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff.
• Inspire repeat-business from clients.
• Conduct customer service workshops and presentations.
• Monitor and measure client satisfaction.
• Offer advice to clients on our services and products.
• Develop surveys and capture client information.
• Participate in marketing campaigns.
Ensure full compliance of company policies, procedures, and processes.

• Must have very good written and verbal communication skills.
