**Position Overview: Sales and Marketing Executive**

We are seeking a highly intelligent and professional candidate for the Sales and Marketing Executive role. This individual will play a key role in promoting and selling our comprehensive range of products, including Life Insurance, Personalized Investment Products, Pure Protection Products, and Endowment Products, to both prospective and existing clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Effectively communicate various insurance policies and products to potential and current clients.

• Assist clients in selecting coverage options that align with their unique needs.

• Recommend modifications and updates to clients' existing insurance policies.
  

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for marketing the company’s Pension options, specifically the Annuity for Life product, targeting newly retired individuals and current retirees from private companies, as well as state and federal government organizations currently enrolled in program withdrawal.

This role requires diligent prospecting within multinational corporations, including the preparation and submission of proposals to clients both within and outside the state, with the aim of promoting our investment-linked products and pure protection plans.

Maintaining regular follow-up to ensure timely payment of monthly premiums by all clients is essential. Furthermore, the candidate will be tasked with developing strong, long-term relationships on behalf of the company to support ongoing sales growth.

The position also involves advocating for the benefits of life insurance to potential clients in private, federal, and state organizations within Lagos State.

The ideal candidate must be a risk-taker with a teachable and resilient spirit, possessing strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Excellent communication skills are a must, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate with team members with minimal or no supervision.

**Qualifications:**

• A Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline from a reputable university in Nigeria.

• Years of experience are not a prerequisite, as qualified candidates will receive professional sales and marketing training.
