Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Lihaxa. The Founding CTO will be responsible for leading software development, project management, IT strategy, system architecture, and product development efforts.

This role involves driving the technical direction and innovation behind the company’s full-stack digital health ecosystem, including:

• Virtual clinic platforms

• Digital health records

• AI infrastructure (LihaxaIQ)

• Health savings wallets and embedded care financing tools

• Scalable backend systems and partner integrations

As a core member of the founding team, this individual will have significant influence in shaping the company’s technological future.

Qualifications

• Software Development and Product Development expertise

• Experience in IT Strategy and Architecture

• Demonstrated Project Management capabilities

• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Prior experience designing or scaling healthtech platforms, virtual care systems, or embedded fintech is highly desirable

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

• Background in healthcare or digital health industries is a strong plus
