Job Summary:
The Growth Officer will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing growth strategies across all core service verticals: Debt Collection partnership, Customer Service Outsourcing, Telemarketing, and Credit Risk Management. This role focuses on B2B business development, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and driving revenue through new client acquisition and service diversification.
The ideal candidate should have experience in selling professional or outsourced services and understand the telecommunication, credit ecosystem, including collections and risk management. They should be proactive, analytical, and relationship-driven , with a proven ability to close deals and grow market share.
Key Responsibilities:Market & Opportunity Development:
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and service gaps across target sectors (e.g., banks, fintechs, telcos, insurance, retail, hospitality).
Drive entry into new markets and sectors with customized growth plans per service vertical.
Lead Generation & Business Acquisition:
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry research.
Develop and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and RFP responses for all services, including credit risk management solutions.
Partnership Development:
Initiate and manage high-value partnerships with organisations needing support in customer engagement, collections, telemarketing, and credit profiling.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Provide client feedback to the leadership team to support service innovation and improvement.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor growth KPIs, sales funnel performance, client onboarding progress, and satisfaction levels.
Provide weekly/monthly performance updates and insights to the CEO and executive team.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships in outsourcing, fintech, FMCG, telecoms or a related field.
Experience building client relationships and closing service contracts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in proposal writing and pipeline reporting.
Growth-driven and self-motivated.
