This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Security Officer, in an Agricultural company located in Ogun State. The Chief Security Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all personnel and assets. Daily tasks include monitoring security systems, conducting risk assessments, managing security staff, and liaising with law enforcement and other external agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience as former security personnel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of local and international security regulations and standards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ogun State
• Relevant certifications in security management or related fields
• Experience in the legal or corporate sector is a plus
HDN/Bachelor’s degree or its equivalence in criminal justice, security management, or a related field
