A leading Asset Management subsidiary is hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and support strategic growth. This role reports directly to the CEO and is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong investment operations, compliance, and leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead operations, fund administration, and client services
Ensure regulatory compliance (SEC, KYC/AML)
Drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiency
Oversee risk management and reporting
Build and lead high-performing teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree; MBA or professional certification (CFA, ICAN, CIS) preferred
5–10 years in financial services; 3+ years in a senior/COO role
Strong knowledge of asset/fund management and regulatory frameworks
SEC sponsorship is a plus.
