We are seeking a proactive and versatile Chief of Staff & Business Development Lead to support our CEO in driving strategic initiatives, managing key relationships, and unlocking business opportunities. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and can seamlessly shift between strategy and execution.
Job Description:
- Act as the right hand to the CEO, managing schedules, communications, and priorities.
- Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Lead the preparation of business proposals, concept notes, bids, and partnership decks.
- Attend meetings and conferences with or on behalf of the CEO, capturing insights and following up on leads.
- Coordinate and track the execution of strategic projects and operational initiatives.
- Build and manage a CRM of relevant business contacts and leads.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings, speaking engagements, and business negotiations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in executive support, business development, consulting, or a similar hybrid role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to draft high-quality business documents, proposals, and presentations under tight deadlines.
- Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work with confidential information.
- Strategic thinker who can also handle the operational day-to-day.
