Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic & Advisory Support
- Provide direct support to the CEO in managing strategic priorities, ensuring timely execution of decisions.
- Anticipate emerging issues, prepare options, and propose solutions in advance.
- Act as a sounding board and trusted advisor, providing honest counsel and analysis.
Operational Execution & Coordination
- Oversee follow-through on CEO directives, ensuring deliverables are completed to standard and within deadlines.
- Drive efficiency in workflows, eliminating bottlenecks and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Manage high-pressure situations with discretion, speed, and precision.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the key liaison between the CEO, senior leadership, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Draft concise briefs, reports, and communication for internal and external use.
- Shield the CEO from avoidable distractions by filtering and prioritizing requests.
Leadership & People Management
- Lead the Office of the CEO and provide oversight to staff supporting executive functions.
- Hold teams accountable for timely delivery of tasks assigned by the CEO.
- Foster a culture of urgency, professionalism, and results.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦600,000.00 per month
