Job Summary
Tranquil and Quest Specialist Hospital is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Radiographer to lead our radiology department. The ideal candidate will oversee imaging operations, ensure high-quality diagnostic services, and manage a team of radiographers while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the activities of the radiology department.
- Operate and oversee the use of imaging equipment, including X-ray, CT Scan, MRI, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, and Ultrasound.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and quality standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and train radiography staff.
- Review and maintain accurate imaging records and reports.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years’ proven experience in diagnostic imaging, including leadership or supervisory roles.
- Current license/registration with the relevant professional body.
- Demonstrated expertise in X-ray, CT Scan, MRI, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, and Ultrasound.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: ₦500,000.00 per month
