Job Title : Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location : Iyana Ipaja, Lagos
Salary : ₦350,000 Monthly
Experience Required : Minimum of 3-5 years in finance, accounting, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership position.
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CFA) is an added advantage.
Resumption : Immediate.
Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to oversee the financial operations of our client’s organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning, risk management, investment strategies, and compliance. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to align financial management with organizational goals.
Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all financial and accounting functions.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.Ensure compliance with all tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
• Supervise finance and accounting teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance.
Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leader.
• Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Hands-on experience with financial management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
