Afrolems is a Nigerian Forward Culinary Experience Organization where we explore flavourful extensions of Nigerian Recipes weaving them with Intercontinental ingredients and techniques.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Chef at Afrolems located in Lekki Phase 1, Nigeria. The Line Chef will be responsible for food preparation, cooking menu items, maintaining a clean cooking area, ensuring food quality and presentation, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes.

Qualifications

• Excellent Culinary skills, Food preparation, Pastry Knowledge is a bonus but not required.
• Menu planning and Recipe development
• Attention to detail and Organizational skills
• Time management and Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Food safety and Hygiene practices
• Excellent teamwork and Communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Culinary certification or diploma is a plus but not necessary
Great attitude to work and openness to creativity.
