- Strong knowledge of food hygiene, safety standards, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Capable of sourcing fresh ingredients, budgeting, and managing kitchen inventory.
- Discreet, professional, and respectful of privacy and protocol within a VIP household.
- Ability to adapt to last-minute changes, special guests, and flexible meal times.
- Must be trustworthy, punctual, and well-organized.
- Willingness to travel occasionally or relocate with the principal if required.
- Certification in Food Safety or Nutrition is an added advantage.
