Job Title: Chef

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and versatile Chef with proven skills in preparing a variety of popular local and continental dishes. The ideal candidate must be able to deliver delicious, well-presented meals while maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook the following dishes to a high standard:
- Jollof rice & chicken wings
- Stir-fried noodles
- Yam fries & egg sauce
- Plantain & egg sauce
- Coleslaw
- Small chops
· Ensure meals are well-seasoned, attractively presented, and served on time.
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
· Monitor stock levels, request supplies, and minimize wastage.
· Follow food safety regulations and kitchen protocols.
· Innovate and suggest new menu ideas when needed.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant, catering, or similar setting.
· Strong knowledge of local and continental cuisine.
· Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Good communication and teamwork abilities.
· Culinary certification is an added advantage but not mandatory.
