Role Overview

As our Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams-strategy, creative, digital, production-to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns from brief to delivery

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute campaign activities

Set timelines, manage budgets, and monitor performance metrics

Optimize campaign strategies based on data and insights

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels

Deliver post-campaign reports and analysis with actionable recommendations

Requirements

3+ years’ experience in a campaign/project management role within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency

Proven ability to manage 360 marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, social, OOH, etc.)

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Comfortable with analytics, reporting, and performance measurement tools

Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset

Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
