Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all operations of the assigned business unit, ensuring profitability and growth.
- Develop and execute winning strategies for client acquisition, retention, and service excellence.
- Build and manage high-performance teams, ensuring alignment with the agency’s vision.
- Drive innovation in campaign development, execution, and measurement.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the lead contact on high-profile accounts. Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery of quality services on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a marketing, advertising, or agency environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of business development and team management.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the West African marketing landscape is an added advantage.
- Collaborate with other units to achieve cross-functional synergy and agency-wide goals.
