Job Summary:
A growing company in Mushin is seeking an Operations Manager with an engineering background. The ideal candidate must be able to sketch technical ideas, understand engineering processes, and manage daily operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and workflow across departments
Interpret and sketch basic engineering drawings or production plans
Supervise technical staff and coordinate task assignments
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Monitor inventory, manage logistics, and track project milestones
Report operational performance to management
Troubleshoot and resolve process or operational issues promptly
Requirements:
Minimum of 2–3 years experience in operations, preferably with an engineering focus
Ability to create and interpret sketches/drawings
Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Must reside within Mushin or nearby areas
