Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head to lead the Sales & Marketing operations of our Security and AI Solutions division in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Biometric and Access Control Solutions, with proven sales success, team leadership, and a results-driven mindset. You will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and profitability of one of our Lagos-based centers, supported by Technical, Academic, Accounts, and Administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive enquiry generation, actively engage with prospects, and convert leads to successful sales.
- Understand client requirements, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team; recruit, train, and continuously develop staff to meet performance standards.
- Manage and grow the IT Training Center, overseeing day-to-day sales and marketing operations.
- Design and execute below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities to expand market reach.
- Contribute to the company’s digital marketing efforts and online presence.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of networking, routing, switching, and website management as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8–10 years post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in solution software sales at the center level.
- At least 5 years experience in a sales role within the IT training or tech solutions industry.
- Proven experience in selling biometric and access control solutions to both retail and corporate clients.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of growing revenue through strategic planning and execution.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of networking, website maintenance, and digital marketing.
