Role Overview:
As the *Business Growth and Partnership Manager, you will spearhead revenue generation, strategic alliances, and market expansion. Your primary focus will be **selling digital products (e.g., Technology Trainings, Soft Skills and accounting training, LMS platforms, e-learning tools, SaaS solutions) and forging partnerships with educational institutions, corporates, and government bodies. You will be accountable for **driving ₦10M+ monthly sales*, securing long-term contracts, and maximizing funding/grant opportunities.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
*1. Revenue Generation & Sales Leadership*
- Achieve *minimum ₦10M monthly sales target* (with uncapped commissions).
- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies for *EdTech products, online courses, subscriptions, and corporate training packages*.
- Identify and convert high-potential leads (schools, universities, SMEs, multinationals).
- Upsell/cross-sell digital solutions to existing clients to maximize LTV (Lifetime Value).
*2. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances*
- *EdTech Ecosystem Expansion:*
- Partner with *universities, polytechnics, and schools* to deploy e-learning platforms, certification programs, and STEM training.
- Secure *MOUs with government agencies* (e.g., NITDA, UBEC) for nationwide EdTech adoption.
- Collaborate with *NGOs and CSR teams* to implement subsidized/funded training initiatives.
- *Corporate Partnerships:*
- Pitch *B2B upskilling solutions* (e.g., digital literacy, soft skills training) to enterprises.
- Structure *bulk licensing deals* for corporate clients.
*3. Grant & Funding Acquisition*
- Research and apply for *global/local EdTech grants, innovation funds, and PPP opportunities*.
- Leverage partnerships to unlock *government-backed funding* for tech education projects.
*4. Market Intelligence & Growth Strategies*
- Conduct *competitor analysis* to refine pricing, product bundling, and GTM strategies.
- Identify *emerging trends* (e.g., AI in education, micro-credentials) to position Makintouch as a market leader.
*5. Relationship Management*
- Serve as the *primary liaison* for key partners, ensuring high retention and renewal rates.
- Organize *partner workshops, demos, and thought leadership events* to drive engagement.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
- *3+ years in EdTech/digital product sales* with verifiable revenue achievements (e.g., closed deals, partnerships).
- *Proven ability to sell high-ticket digital solutions* (e.g., SaaS, LMS, online courses).
- Strong network in *education, corporate training, or public sector* (contacts in schools/MDAs is a plus).
- Expertise in *grant writing, proposal development, and partnership pitching*.
Nice-to-Have:
