Role Summary:
You’ll be responsible for increasing brand awareness, improving sales (online & offline), managing marketing activities, and building lasting customer relationships. You’ll work directly with the CEO to bring the brand's vision to life while developing creative, data-driven strategies for business growth.

Responsibilities:
Branding & Social Media:
Plan and manage Instagram content (reels, posts, stories).
Create and post engaging content regularly.
Develop a 30-day/monthly content calendar.
Monitor insights, track post performance, and adjust accordingly.
Respond to DMs and comments professionally.
Sales & Customer Engagement:
Follow up with leads and past clients.
Build customer retention systems (WhatsApp broadcasts, loyalty perks).
Oversee WhatsApp Business catalog, responses, and order tracking.
Help develop campaigns and promos around new drops.
Business Growth:
Suggest collaborations with stylists, influencers, barbers, photographers.
Propose ideas for private viewings, launch events, or pop-ups.
Suggest ad budgets, and manage targeted ads if experienced.

Pay: From ₦150,000.00 per month
Education:
- National Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- in social media/brand management. (Fashion or lifestyle): 2 years (Required)
