Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Onboarding & Sales
- Identify, pitch, and onboard high-quality healthy meal vendors (parfaits, salads, smoothies, juices, etc.)
- Develop a pipeline of leads through direct outreach, referrals, and local scouting.
- Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to onboarding and activation on the platform.
- Train vendors on how to use the platform and provide ongoing support to ensure retention. Collaborate with ops and tech teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Partnership Development
- Initiate and manage strategic partnerships with gyms, wellness centers, yoga studios, and corporate wellness programs.
- Design partnership offers (e.g., discounts, cross-promos, loyalty tie-ins) that drive mutual value and traffic. Work closely with the marketing team to co-create campaigns with partners.
Growth & Performance
- Set and meet weekly/monthly vendor acquisition targets.
- Track partner performance metrics and optimize relationships for ROI. Provide feedback to product and ops teams based on vendor and partner needs.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (preferably in food tech, FMCG, or fitness/wellness sector).
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. Bonus: Familiarity with Lagos’s fitness and healthy food ecosystem.
