Job Summary:
We are seeking two experienced and driven Business Development Representatives to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects into clients. The ideal candidates will have a solid track record in business development, preferably within the technology or geospatial sector, and will play a key role in the company’s growth strategy.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience:
- 4 – 5 years proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
- Experience in the geospatial or technology sector is an added advantage
- Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify leads, converting them into business opportunities
- Conduct client meetings and deliver tailored sales presentations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Analyze market trends and customer data to improve performance
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics
- Familiarity with lead-generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
- Ability to create and deliver customized sales presentations based on client needs
