The Role
We are looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive strategic growth by building and managing partnerships with digital asset service providers, fintechs, and card program stakeholders. This person will be responsible for identifying opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements, and ensuring our partners succeed on Tiva’s infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Identify, source, and close partnership opportunities with digital asset companies, fintechs, exchanges, and wallet providers.
Build and nurture relationships with key ecosystem players (issuers, processors, card networks, compliance providers).
Work closely with product, compliance, and operations teams to align partner needs with Tiva’s infrastructure.
Negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Own the partner lifecycle: from initial outreach through onboarding, activation, and scaling.
Represent Tiva at industry events, conferences, and with prospective clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in fintech, payments, or digital assets.
Proven presence and network in the Web3 ecosystem.
Recognized credibility in the space — active at industry events, thought leadership, or strong community engagement is a plus.
Track record of structuring and closing strategic deals.
Deep understanding of the card issuing stack and digital asset services.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for financial infrastructure and digital assets.
