Job Description
- Providing a friendly and professional welcome to customers
- Strong communication skills, empathy and provide information on product and services to prospective and new customers.
- Handling customer complaints and trobleshooting issues with products or services.
- Following up with clients or customers to check their satisfaction on purchases by phone or through the company's social account.
- Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Responsibilities
- Candidates must possess relevant qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of experience
- Proven work experience as a Front Desk officer is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Candidate must be smart and must be able to hold professional conversation
- Must reside around Mokola, Oke Ado, Challenge or Molete.
Salary
N50,000 - N55,000 Monthly.
