The Business Development Officer – Humanitarian Aid (HAID) is responsible for identifying and delivering value-driven solutions to stakeholders within the Humanitarian Aid and Development sector. This role plays a critical part in driving business growth through strategic engagement with INGOs, NGOs, UN agencies, and donor organizations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, monitor, and track relevant procurement opportunities across humanitarian aid platforms and networks.
- Prequalify the business on major donor platforms (e.g., UNGM, NGO tenders, etc.).
- Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
- Develop and manage key relationships with procurement officers, program managers, and grant leads within donor-funded institutions.
Represent the company at humanitarian aid sector events, donor fairs, and industry briefings.
Requirements:
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- 2 years of experience in proposal writing, bid coordination, or business development within the Humanitarian Aid, NGO, or Development sector.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and donor requirements (e.g., UN agencies, USAID, DFID/FCDO, EU, INGOs).
