Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to build the business strategy& development of the business/organization. The incumbent will also support the business in formulating and implementing business development and communications strategies to promote the organization to external parties in Nigeria. He/she will build and maintain healthy relationships with clients and articulate value, inspire, and sell the future of the business to current and new clients. In addition, he/she will continue business process acumen with proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Bid search, identify new business development opportunities/ potential clients in the target market, and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs
- Prepare Expression of Interest and RFPs and follow up through mail, phone, etc
- Develop and negotiate new business
- Act as a champion leader of the business/organization
- Review client suites with members of the organization
- Carry out regular and frequent communication with clients, follow up on proposals, and monitor client satisfaction
- Deep understanding of the client's business needs and objectives
- Strong ability to write and deliver proposals
- Define strategies to add value to the Business
- Be a leader able to lead a team
- Ability to negotiate and sell business services
- Assist in the production of project briefs, business data analysis, project initiation documents, budgets, reports, presentations, talking points, concept notes, and other business development support/related materials
- Participate and assist management with business strategy formulation
- Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the Senior Executive to achieve revenue goals.
- Develop business proposals for new and existing customers
- Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
- Increase client base, maintain and develop good working relationships with prospective clients
- Contribute to public outreach/information material creation of the business products
- Participate in active networking, advocacy, and effective communication of the business’s competencies Perform other duties as required and requested within the framework of your responsibilities or as assigned.

- B.Sc in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Social Science, or a relevant field, Class Degree: 2nd Class Upper
- 4-7 years cognate experience. Previous experience in a consulting firm will be an asset.
