Business Development Manager
- We are seeking a proactive Business Development personnel to support our growth in the dynamic finance sector. This role is ideal for individuals who have built a career in business development, with a focus on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to the company’s expansion efforts.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored payment solutions.
- Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to drive business expansion.
- Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities within the fintech, e-commerce.
Qualification
- 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role
- Experience working with a payment service fintech
