Client profile:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales & Business Development within the consulting space, with a proven track record of generating revenue and fostering strong client relationships. Additionally, the candidate should possess the ability to efficiently execute and implement projects.
Responsibilities:
- End to End Implementation of existing partnership projects
- Coordinate the draft of partnership frameworks
- Ensure compliance with approved partnership framework
- Monitor the deliverables and timelines of partnership projects
- Identify potential partners and their respective business needs
- Proffer solutions, services, products that can be designed for potential clients.
- Establish and maintain relationship with existing and potential clients.
- Customer relationship management.
- Develop a sizeable portfolio of clients from various sectors of the economy.
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
- Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 - 5 years of experience in Business Development & Partnerships.
- Proven track record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
- Experience working with clients in the public sector & NGO’s Sis required.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
