Your duties shall include the duties outlined below and any other duties that management may assign to you from time to time:
You will create and drive effective business development and sales strategies, focusing on identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships, developing strategic partnerships, generating, nurturing, converting leads, and achieving revenue goals.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships.
Additionally, you would collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure that products align with market needs and customer feedback
Responsibilities
1. Develop, own, and drive effective product-based GTM strategies.
2. Develop appropriate customer profiles, and identify, build, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
3. Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
4. Develop sales pitches, presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials for partnerships and business opportunities.
5. Identify, own, and execute growth strategies to increase market share and revenue.
6. Lead sales and business development efforts to promote products and services to small, medium, and large enterprises.
7. Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and inbound inquiries.
8. Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress and manage customer interactions.
9. Provide demonstrations of products or services to potential clients and partners.
10. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
11. Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market demands and customer feedback.
12. Partner with product, operations, and experience teams to ensure customer success.
13. Work closely with marketing teams to align sales campaigns with promotional efforts.
14. Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and sales forecasts.
15. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
16. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
17. Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in our spaces to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
18. Participate in industry events and be Scelloo’s brand ambassadors at such events.
19. Prepare regular reports on business development and sales activities, including performance metrics.
20. Track, analyze, and report sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
21. Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and achieve targets
