Job Summary
We are looking to hire Business Development Officers who will bring in new business for our company. Your main target will be Nigerian businesses that import goods especially from China. You will focus on building relationships with these companies, understanding their shipping needs, and convincing them to use our services. If you can also connect with businesses importing from other countries, that will be a big plus. The more clients you bring in, the more you earn.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Meet and exceed agreed revenue and sales targets.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Negotiate deals and close sales professionally.
- Find and approach companies that need freight forwarding services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Research the market to identify new opportunities Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: ND / HND / BSc
- Proven sales experience (experience in logistics/freight forwarding is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
