ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Brand Operations Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of brand activities across our business. This role bridges strategy and operations, ensuring that marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and cross-functional projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with a solid understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of brand campaigns and activations, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, and operations) to deliver seamless brand experiences.
- Monitor performance of campaigns, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency in brand operations.
- Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across all communication and platforms.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on campaign effectiveness and operational outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing operations, or related roles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, online management software, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
