Job Overview
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance client relationships, drive business growth, and foster innovation.
This role involves analyzing market trends,identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing tailored strategies that align with client needs and business objectives.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the role ensures the successful execution of key accountstrategies while driving continuous improvement in engagement, retention, and overall client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in account management, salesoperations, customer engagement, and innovation-driven problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management:
● Develop and execute data-driven account strategies to enhance client engagement, retention,and revenue growth.
● Analyze client needs, industry trends, and market competition to identify opportunities for strategic improvements.
● Ensure seamless execution of account strategies by collaborating with internal teams
Innovation and Initiatives:
● Develop innovative solutions to optimize digital campaigns, improve client ROI, and enhancecustomer experiences.
● Lead brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for client engagement and businessexpansion.
● Identify emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to enhance service rendering.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
● Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring proactive communication and long-term partnerships.
● Develop tailored action plans to address client objectives, challenges, and business goals.
● Provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients, ensuring continuous value delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative writers, content, creative designers, brand communication, community managers) to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify upselling and cross-sellingopportunities.
● Facilitate internal workshops and training sessions to align teams with innovative digital marketingtrends and best practices
● Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of account strategies, processes, and solutions.
Performance Monitoring & Data-Driven Strategy
● Analyze campaign performance metrics, client KPIs, and digital analytics to refine marketingstrategies.
● Develop reports and strategic insights for management and clients, ensuring data-backeddecision-making.
● Evaluate existing account management processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
● Develop project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure effective communication andproject execution.
● Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budge
What You Need to Be Successful in This Role:
● Experience: Proven experience in account management, strategic planning, sales operations, engagement, and innovation.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SǪL, Tableau, Power BI) andfamiliarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
● Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
● Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to various audiences.
● Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
● Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability toprioritize tasks effectively.
● Certification: Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)or Project Management Certification, are a plus.
● Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)and other relevant software.
