Position: Brand Consultant (Sales)
Location: Remote
Salary: ₦100,000/month + Commission
Role Type: Sales & Client Engagement
Reports To: Head of Sales & Client Services
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultations on CVs, LinkedIn profiles, portfolios, and career branding strategy.
- Drive consistent sales of personal branding services and tools. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Source and convert leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build strong client relationships and upsell premium services.
- Educate clients on how personal branding enhances career positioning.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in branding, career development, recruitment, or CV/LinkedIn consulting.
- Proven ability to generate and convert leads independently. • Strong client-facing communication and advisory skills.
- Must bring an existing network or be confident in lead generation.
- Experience working remotely with CRM and communication tools.
- Familiarity with tools like Calendly, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus.
Compensation Structure:
- Base Salary: ₦100,000/month
- Commission: 5-15% of every sale closed
- Bonus: For top performers who consistently meet targets
