Role Description

We're looking for a Back-end Software developer to join our dynamic team at Xtron. You’ll work alongside talented designers and front-end engineers.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, build, and maintain robust back-end services and APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers using React and Flutter to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and design data pipelines for performance, scalability, and security.
• Integrate third-party services and manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Firebase).
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code following modern development practices.
Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and DevOps implementation.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in back-end or full-stack software development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js), and working knowledge of React and Flutter.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and back-end frameworks.
• Experience with data modeling, data architecture, and real-time data handling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple projects.
Bonus: Experience with GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, or Firebase.
