Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bid & Tender Assistant located in Port Harcourt. The Bid & Tender Assistant will be responsible for reviewing tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bid documents, coordinating with internal teams for necessary information, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements. This role also involves tracking tender submissions, maintaining a database of bids and tenders, and monitoring the bid process to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in reviewing and preparing bid and tender documents
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with different departments and work in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred Experience in the technology or enterprise solutions industry is a plus
