Job description-Administrative Assistant

· Providing administrative support to the management team or other staff members, such as managing schedules, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office files and records. . Handle proper documentation.

· Greet and assist visitors, clients, or customers who come to the office.

· Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring that necessary items are always available. · Performing various clerical tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. · Keeping the office organized and tidy, ensuring supplies are stocked, and coordinating with vendors for office equipment and maintenance. Ensure the office space is clean, organized, and functioning properly.

· Facilitating communication within the office, disseminating information, and relaying messages between different departments or team members.

· Basic bookkeeping tasks, such as handling petty cash, tracking expenses, and reconciling receipts. · Ensuring that office equipment like printers, generator, ACs/Fans, copiers, and computers are in working order and coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.

· Assist in coordinating events, meetings, and conferences, including arranging logistics, catering, and other necessary arrangements.

· Handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments effectively to meet deadlines.

· Be resourceful in resolving day-to-day operational issues or redirecting inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

· Handling miscellaneous tasks and projects assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements:

1. B.sc/HND in Business administration or any related field.

2. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Drive, Outlook, PowerPoint).

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong organizational and time management abilities.

6. Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

7. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

8. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
