- The HR/Admin Assistant will provide support in daily HR and administrative tasks, helping to ensure smooth operations, efficient communication, and an excellent employee experience across the organization.
- This role is essential in supporting our people strategy during rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates).
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and databases.
- Help coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
- Handle staff inquiries related to administrative or HR issues.
- Track employee attendance, leave, and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
- Support performance review processes and maintain HR documentation
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Prepare letters, reports, and documentation as needed by the HR or operations team.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR tools/systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
