Job Description/Requirements
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Assistant to support daily HR functions and ensure the smooth operation of HR processes. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, documentation, employee relations, HR compliance, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Support employee documentation, including letters, contracts, leave requests, and disciplinary notices.
Assist in coordinating training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance appraisal exercises.
Track employee attendance, leave balances, and other relevant HR metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies
Serve as a point of contact for staff inquiries regarding HR processes and policies.
Prepare reports, memos, and other HR-related documents as required.
Support payroll administration by collating necessary data.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience as a Human Resource Officer.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Familiarity with HR best practices is an added advantage.
