Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the region.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base by building strong relationships with key clients.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to enhance overall sales performance and product offerings.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the sales team to inspire and motivate them.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns tailored to the regional market.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making and remain competitive.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, ensuring transparency and accountability in operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Food & Beverages industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, market trends, and identify business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel within the designated area frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
