Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agency Manager based in Lagos. The Insurance Agency Manager will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing daily insurance operations, ensuring excellent customer service, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining financial oversight. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to drive growth, maintain regulatory compliance, and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Finance and Insurance
- Proven skills in Team Management and Customer Service
- Strong Sales skills and capability to develop sales strategies
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; relevant certification is a plus Experience in using insurance management software and tools
