Drop Growth is a lean, fast-moving B2B marketing agency that helps ambitious companies grow through high-impact campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and more. We’re outcome-obsessed – from generating leads via outreach to building credibility through newsletters, thought leadership, and video.
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our remote team and help us stay organised, deliver great work, and support our growing client base.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with our Account Manager, who gathers requests from clients. Your role is to manage and deliver those requests by leading the internal team and ensuring smooth, timely execution.
You’ll:
- Coordinate projects across LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn outreach, newsletters, email campaigns, video posts, and thought leadership content
- Break down client requests into clear briefs for the team
- Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are on-brand and on-time
- Support a remote team of marketing managers, marketing executives, designers, and data analysts
- Conduct quality control checks before anything goes live
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to processes and workflows
- Keep everything (and everyone) moving forward
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar role at a marketing agency (minimum 2 years)
- Confident managing multi-channel B2B campaigns
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- Proactive communicator – clear, calm, and assertive when needed
- Able to work independently and make decisions
- Comfortable with remote tools (Basecamp, Google Workspace)
- Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn Ads, newsletters, or outbound campaigns
