About the Role
FMC Agency Ltd is seeking a results-driven Campaign Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, data-driven insight, and strong project management skills to craft compelling campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand loyalty.
This role requires collaboration across internal departments and external partners to ensure campaigns align with business goals, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and use digital tools and consumer insights to continuously refine and optimize marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop and present end-to-end marketing campaign strategies.
- Align campaigns with business objectives and customer lifecycle goals.
2. Campaign Execution & Management
- Manage the rollout of multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, traditional, etc.).
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources across teams.
3. Market Research & Consumer Insights
- Leverage market trends and audience data to inform campaign direction.
- Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor KPIs and campaign ROI.
- Continuously test, refine, and report campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing and delivering client growth strategies.
- Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns, ideally within the Marketing and Advertising sector.
- Strong experience managing stakeholder relationships and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
