Our client is a luxury, health and wellness hospitality group specialized in the art of curating wellness and lifestyle escapes at desirable destinations in the heart of Lagos for their clients. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Luxury Manager
Key Responsibilities:
*Client Experience Leadership: Design and implement strategies to elevate the client’s experience, ensuring personalized and memorable interactions at every touchpoint.
*Team Development: Lead, mentor, and train a team of client service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, attentiveness, and continuous improvement.
* Lifestyle & Wellness Integration: Collaborate with spa, wellness, and dining teams to curate holistic guest experiences that align with our luxury and wellness brand identity.
*Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of exclusive events, such as dinners, art exhibitions, and wellness retreats, enhancing the brand's lifestyle offerings.
*Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and VIP guests, ensuring their preferences are anticipated and exceeded.
*Quality Assurance: Regularly assess and ensure the highest standards of service quality, ambiance, and guest satisfaction across all properties.
*Market Analysis: Stay abreast of luxury hospitality trends and competitor offerings to continuously enhance our services and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
*Experience: Minimum of 5 years in luxury hospitality or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing high-end client experiences.
