Role Overview
We are seeking a WhatsApp API Marketing Flow Specialist to design, implement, and optimise automated WhatsApp marketing and sales flows. This role will ensure that leads from ads, events, and landing pages are nurtured effectively, resulting in higher engagement, conversions, and closed deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing automation, CRM systems, and conversational flow design.
Key Responsibilities
WhatsApp Marketing Flow Development
- Build and optimise automated WhatsApp API flows for lead capture, qualification, and follow-up.
- Design conversational scripts tailored to Nigerian investors exploring UK property opportunities.
- Integrate WhatsApp flows with CRM and landing pages to ensure seamless lead tracking.
Lead Nurturing & Conversion
- Create personalised drip sequences (welcome messages, reminders, FAQs, event invites, webinar confirmations).
- Segment leads (high-net-worth, first-time buyers, parents investing for children) and deliver targeted messages.
- Implement abandoned lead recovery flows (e.g., retargeting those who didn’t complete signup or booking).
Campaign Management & Analytics
- Track flow performance using KPIs (open rates, reply rates, booking conversions).
- A/B test message copy, CTA buttons, and timing to maximise response rates.
- Produce weekly reports for management with insights and recommendations.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with the marketing team to align WhatsApp flows with broader ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Support sales executives by automating meeting scheduling and reminders.
- Assist in running WhatsApp campaigns for investor events in Lagos and London.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and managing WhatsApp API / chatbot flows (e.g., Twilio, Gupshup, 360Dialog, or equivalent platforms).
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, drip campaigns, and marketing automation.
- Ability to write clear, persuasive, and culturally tailored scripts for Nigerian and UK investor audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimise performance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
